The One-Step RT-PCR Master BlueMix is a lyophilized premixed reagent that enables efficient reverse transcription and PCR amplification in a single tube. Designed for rapid, contamination-free RNA detection, this mix contains M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase, hot-start Super HTaq DNA polymerase, and an integrated blue loading dye—eliminating the need for gel loading buffer in post-PCR analysis.
