The Ready-to-Use PCR Master BlueMix is a versatile, lyophilized reagent designed for both probe-based qPCR and end-point PCR detection. Pre-mixed with hot-start Super HTaq DNA polymerase, MgCl₂, and bromophenol blue tracking dye, it enables high-performance amplification and direct gel loading. Ideal for flexible workflows that require qualitative and quantitative detection.
