The Ready-to-Use PCR Master Mix is a pre-aliquoted, lyophilized reagent that enables high-sensitivity probe-based qPCR and traditional end-point PCR. It includes hot-start Super HTaq DNA polymerase, MgCl₂, and dNTPs in a single tube—delivering consistent results for both qualitative and quantitative DNA workflows.
