Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract concluded on this website within 14 days without giving any reason.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, such as online courses, the 14 days start from the day the contract is concluded.

Online courses and digital content

If you ask to access a course or other digital content before the 14 days have ended, we ask for your express consent before purchase and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins. Once access begins with that consent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Pre-orders can be cancelled with a full refund at any time before access begins.

How to withdraw

Send a clear statement to info@auralisbiotech.it or to PEC auralisbiotech@pec.it, with your name, order number and order date. You can use the model form below, but this is not required.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used for the order unless you agree otherwise. You do not pay any fee for the refund.

Business buyers and instruments

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. Instruments such as the Maverick16 are sold only to professional and business customers under the conditions of the written quote.
