Terms of service

1. Seller

These terms apply to purchases made on auralisbiotech.it from Auralis Biotech SRL, Via Zavatti 8, 62012 Civitanova Marche (MC), Italy. VAT number 10808851215. Email: info@auralisbiotech.it. PEC: auralisbiotech@pec.it.

2. Scope

These terms apply to products bought through the online store, such as online courses and other digital content. Instruments, such as the Maverick16 qPCR system, are not sold through the online store: they are sold only to professional and business customers, on the basis of a written quote and the sale conditions stated in it. Consulting, website and content projects, expert calls and coaching are governed by the specific proposal or agreement signed with the client. Buyers who are consumers keep all the rights granted to them by Italian and EU consumer law (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Consumer Code). Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

3. Products

Each product page describes the main characteristics of the product. Online courses are delivered through an online learning platform. Access details are sent by email after payment.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro. For consumers, prices include VAT. The total price is shown at checkout before the order is placed. Payment is made through the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Order and contract

The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, unavailability of the product or suspected fraud. In that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

6. Delivery

Digital content is made available after payment, or on the launch date stated on the product page for pre-orders.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the conditions described in our Withdrawal and refund policy.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code for digital content. To report a lack of conformity, write to info@auralisbiotech.it.

9. Use of courses and content

Courses and other digital content are licensed for the personal use of the buyer. Sharing access credentials, copying or redistributing the content is not allowed. All content remains the property of Auralis Biotech SRL or its licensors.

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile in Italy, and consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. For business buyers, the court of Macerata, Italy, has exclusive jurisdiction.
